The Role

As part of a growing design team you will be tasked with transforming the design thinking philosophy, deepening the understanding of their customers and guiding a best in class user experience across digital and physical assets. Here you'll be working towards strategic goals that will ensure competitiveness in a very dynamic market segment.

Experience

• Qualification in HCI, Usability, Research, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of HCD and a range of research methodologies
• Experience of running usability testing in controlled environment as well as planning and conducting customer interviews
• Ability to provide both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to projects
• An in-depth understanding of contemporary user-centred design methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, preferably an agency background where you worked on multiple projects
